Additional Information Master's degree in special education or other pedagogical master's degree and experience working with children with intellectual disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or challenging behavioral needs. Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday Salary Terms: Salary Grade 10/11, based on years of service, neuropsychiatric stress allowance of 2,900 CZK, personal allowance after probation Job Responsibilities: - Direct special education work with hospitalized child and adolescent patients with intellectual disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and challenging behavioral needs, - Implementation of individual and group support, educational, and activation activities, - Functional behavioral assessment, application of ABA and PBS principles, and collaboration on development and evaluation of support plans and motivational plans, - Development and support of patients' communication, social, and adaptive skills, including use of alternative communication, - Professional support to healthcare staff and collaboration with physicians, psychologists, nursing team, therapists, and school pedagogical staff.
