As a coordinator for adapted primary school, you are a key person in the municipality. You work at the intersection of pedagogy, student welfare, legislation and collaboration, with a focus on creating safe and well-functioning processes for students, guardians, and schools.

WORK TASKS
In this role, you are responsible for coordinating the municipality's work around admission to adapted primary school and ensuring that the process is carried out legally soundly and professionally.
You will, among other things:
• Coordinate matters regarding admission to adapted primary school.
• Collect, quality assure, and compile documentation and evidence.
• Convene and coordinate admission teams.
• Provide support for guardians throughout the process.
• Collaborate with principals, student welfare staff, and school personnel.
• Work with other municipalities regarding transferred students.
• Contribute knowledge and guidance on legislation, policy documents, and legally sound practices.
• Help develop the municipality's work within adapted primary school.
QUALIFICATIONS

You have the ability to meet guardians in sensitive situations while feeling confident in interpreting legislation, handling documentation, and managing complex processes.
