Do you want to make a real difference? We are now seeking a special teacher or special educator with a coordination assignment for admissions to adapted primary school in Nässjö Municipality. The coordination assignment comprises 50 percent of the position. For those interested, there is an opportunity to combine the assignment with work as a special teacher or special educator at one of the municipality's primary schools. For certain students, finding the right school form is crucial for their entire future schooling. We are now looking for you to help ensure that every student gets the right conditions, the right support, and a legally sound process. As a coordinator for adapted primary school, you are a key person in the municipality. You work at the intersection of pedagogy, student welfare, legislation and collaboration, with a focus on creating safe and well-functioning processes for students, guardians, and schools. This is an assignment for you who enjoy combining relationship-building work with structure, quality, and development. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS In this role, you are responsible for coordinating the municipality's work around admission to adapted primary school and ensuring that the process is carried out legally soundly and professionally. You will, among other things: • Coordinate matters regarding admission to adapted primary school. • Collect, quality assure, and compile documentation and evidence. • Convene and coordinate admission teams. • Provide support for guardians throughout the process. • Collaborate with principals, student welfare staff, and school personnel. • Work with other municipalities regarding transferred students. • Contribute knowledge and guidance on legislation, policy documents, and legally sound practices. • Help develop the municipality's work within adapted primary school. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have both heart and edge. You have the ability to meet guardians in sensitive situations while feeling confident in interpreting legislation, handling documentation, and managing complex processes. We want you to: • be trained as a special educator or special teacher. • have good knowledge of the Education Act and regulations regarding adapted primary school. • have experience in student welfare, special support, or adapted primary school. • be organized, proactive, and self-driven. • have a talent for building trust and good collaborations. • see the value of both quality, legal soundness, and good treatment.
