Our 1,300 employees play an important role in Sjöbo's development and well-being. We continually strive to be a more attractive and equitable employer, offering our staff a broad wellness program, smoke-free work time, and flexible working hours where possible. Emanuelskolan is an F-6 school in central Sjöbo with approximately 350 students. We are now seeking two committed special education teachers: • a special education teacher specializing in mathematics • a special education teacher specializing in language, reading, and writing development. With us, you will work closely with students, educators, special education specialists, and student welfare services to create good learning environments where all students have the opportunity to succeed. We are in an exciting development phase where together we strengthen the quality of instruction through long-term work with language-developing instruction, core values, and preventive student welfare work. At the start of this term, we have also begun a three-year collaboration with Ifous within the project Fokus Teaching in Sjöbo, with particular focus on teaching quality, collaborative learning, and instruction that makes a difference for each student. At the same time, we are developing our learning environments. The schoolyard is being upgraded to create more opportunities for play, movement, and community, and our after-school program provides highly valued activities where educators actively create conditions for meaningful and active breaks. At Emanuelskolan, we believe in high expectations, good relationships, and close collaboration between the school's different professions to give each student the best possible conditions to develop and succeed. 2 position(s).
