DUTIES The assignment includes: Teaching students individually, in small groups, and through classroom-based interventions. Mapping, analyzing, and monitoring students' needs for support. Conducting special education assessments and developing action plans. Guiding and supporting teachers in developing accessible and inclusive instruction. Being an active part of the school's student welfare team and contributing specialized educational expertise. Participating in the school's systematic quality improvement through results analysis and teaching development. Contributing to school competence development in language, reading, and writing development, and when needed in mathematics and Swedish as a second language.
