About the Position We are now recruiting specialist nursing assistants for the home care units Fiskebäck/Långedrag and Hagen/Grimmered with offices at Redegatan 9B, and for Södra Biskopsgården with offices at Vårväderstorget 5. As a specialist nursing assistant, you play a key role in developing and ensuring the quality of care and support work. Through your specialized expertise, you contribute to strengthening the organization's working methods and creating good conditions for safe, secure, and person-centered care and support. The role involves combining daily care work with a particular responsibility for mentoring, knowledge transfer, and service development. You serve as a support to colleagues and managers in matters concerning nursing care, professional conduct, documentation, and quality work, and you contribute to the orientation of new employees. Working closely with care recipients, family members, managers, and colleagues, you strive to develop services and working methods that promote the individual's health, participation, and independence. Through your commitment, you contribute to a learning organization where expertise, quality, and continuous development are in focus. Working in home care means helping and supporting people in their own homes, based on the services that have been decided upon. Your work contributes to creating security and making it possible for the person receiving home care to manage their daily life as independently as possible. The tasks are varied, and you provide support in daily life. This might include providing assistance and guidance with meals, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, or simple activities and household chores. You may also perform certain health and medical care tasks after instruction and delegation from, for example, nurses. These are permanent full-time positions. Working hours are daytime and weekends. About You Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and can provide the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a nursing assistant when the new regulations were implemented. Vocational higher education of at least 200 credits with specialization in elderly care, psychiatry, or other equivalent qualifications as assessed by the employer. The role requires computer skills for documentation and incident management in various IT systems, as well as strong Swedish language proficiency, both spoken and written.
