Through your advanced expertise, you contribute to strengthening the organization's approach and creating good conditions for safe, secure, and person-centered care and services. The role involves combining daily care work with a special responsibility for mentoring, knowledge transfer, and service development. You serve as a support to colleagues and managers on matters concerning care, communication, documentation, and quality work, and you contribute to the orientation of new staff. Working closely with service users, relatives, care coordinators, managers, and staff, you work to develop services and methods that promote the individual's health, participation, and independence. Through your commitment, you contribute to a learning organization where competence, quality, and continuous development are in focus. As a Specialist Nurse, you are part of a team with strong camaraderie and contribute to safe and high-quality care. You have the opportunity to develop in your professional role and make a difference in people's daily lives. All social documentation is done digitally. If you have not previously used the systems employed by the City of Gothenburg, you will receive training in them. Those we serve need support during the day, evening, and weekends. About You Requirements: We're looking for you who are a trained nurse and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected job title, or can show that you were employed as a nurse when the new regulations were introduced Vocational higher education of at least 200 credits with specialization in elderly care, psychiatry, or something else that the employer deems equivalent Meritorious but not required: • Work experience • Basic computer skills (IT knowledge) Who We're Looking For: • You take responsibility for both your own and shared tasks, with a focus on performing them correctly.
