Specialist Physician in Psychiatry and/or Addiction Medicine at LARO Clinic in Landskrona and/or Lund Would you like to work in an experienced team where collaboration, medical quality, and long-term patient relationships are at the center? We are now seeking a specialist physician in psychiatry and/or addiction medicine with solid knowledge of medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependence (LARO) for our operations in Landskrona and/or Lund. With us, you will work in an operation where medical quality is developed through close collaboration between physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals. We have short decision-making paths, clinically present leadership, and an open work environment where dialogue, knowledge exchange, and joint assessments are a natural part of daily work. As of May 1, 2026, the operation will be conducted under a new contract in accordance with LOU on behalf of Region Skåne. However, the operation is well-established. Our employees have extensive experience with LARO and have worked together for many years. This means clear working methods, high competence, and a secure work environment. Medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependence (LARO) combines pharmacological treatment with psychological and psychosocial interventions and is conducted in accordance with the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and national knowledge support. We offer evidence-based, structured, and respectful treatment where the patient's health, quality of life, and long-term rehabilitation are in focus. About the Position As a specialist physician, you have a central role in the patient's treatment and in the medical development of the operation. You meet patients over time and have the opportunity to build professional relationships where continuity, trust, and person-centered care are important parts of the treatment. The work takes place in close collaboration with other professionals. We value daily dialogue in the team and believe that the best medical decisions are made together. Responsibilities The work includes, among other things: medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment monitoring of medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependence care planning and treatment follow-up medical consultations within the team collaboration with other healthcare providers, authorities, and other social actors active participation in the team's joint care planning and development work We Are Looking for You If We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Placement will be in Landskrona and/or Lund depending on the operation's needs and agreement. We apply a six-month probationary period.
