Inpatient beds are available in Skellefteå and Umeå. Our operations include approximately 45 employees. We are part of the primary care district Södra Lappland, where development work is ongoing within the framework of Good and Nearby Care. This work is conducted together with primary care and municipalities in our catchment area. At the clinic, we work in interprofessional teams. We place great emphasis on collaboration with the patient's network and care neighbors. Södra Lappland covers a large catchment area, which means we use digital solutions in both staff meetings and patient work. We are now seeking a specialist physician in psychiatry. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a specialist physician with us, you contribute to providing excellent care and helping people feel better. Here you will meet patients with all psychiatric diagnoses. As a specialist physician, you have an essential role in our mission to treat severe mental health conditions. At our clinic, we work in interprofessional teams and often collaborate with the patient's family and other networks. In our patient and internal work, we frequently use digital technology, which is appreciated by both patients and staff. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you as a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry. We seek someone with strong collaboration skills and who values good communication. You enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from new experiences. We believe you are self-driven and take great responsibility for your tasks. Given that the variety of work tasks and work pace can vary significantly, you need the ability to quickly shift focus and prioritize.
