We are now seeking a rheumatology specialist physician for an established and well-structured outpatient clinic with a broad patient base and excellent opportunities for professional development. About the Position As a specialist physician, you will be part of a dedicated physician group focused on high-quality rheumatological care. The operation includes comprehensive outpatient services, day care with infusion treatments, and the possibility of inpatient care when needed. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in an environment where medical issues are discussed collaboratively and where cooperation with other specialties is a natural part of daily work. There are also excellent opportunities for knowledge exchange through regular multidisciplinary conferences and specialist rounds. You will become part of a well-functioning rheumatology team consisting of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers. Teamwork is a central part of the operation and contributes to holistic patient care. You will work at a well-established acute care hospital with approximately 2,600 employees, where the resources of a larger hospital are combined with the proximity, collaboration, and short decision-making processes of a smaller hospital. Duties Outpatient work in rheumatology Work at a day care unit for infusion treatments Interdisciplinary collaboration with other professional groups Supervision of resident physicians Possible on-call and backup on-call activities for those who are also specialists in internal medicine We Are Looking for You If You Are a licensed specialist physician in rheumatology Have authorization to work in Swedish healthcare or the possibility to obtain such authorization Have good knowledge of Swedish, equivalent to at least level C1 Enjoy teamwork and close collaboration with colleagues Have a professional and patient-centered approach Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
