Are you a geriatrician interested in primary care? We are seeking a specialist physician in geriatrics who wants to work with elderly and multimorbid patients in primary care. We are a health center with approximately 7,000 registered patients and collaborate with nearby Hallonbergen Health Center regarding about 140 home care patients. You will work both with home care and at the clinic. How the distribution looks can be discussed based on your experience and what you prefer. The work is varied and independent where you meet patients of all ages. There is also room to develop working methods regarding our elderly patients together with us. We do not have a fixed model that you must fit into, but are open to your ideas and experiences. Experience from primary care is advantageous, but we are also interested in you who currently work in inpatient care and are considering taking the step to primary care. Qualifications: Licensed specialist physician in geriatrics with interest in primary care. Experience from primary care is advantageous. Documentation is done in the TakeCare medical record system.
