In new, fresh facilities just a stone's throw from Katrineholm's city center, you'll find Nävertorp Health Center. We have just over 40 employees who offer a wide range of experience, knowledge, commitment, and work joy. With a focus on good patient relations, continuity, and accessibility, we serve the needs of our nearly 11,000 registered patients from the beginning of life to the end.
We offer you varied work where you meet patients of all ages and from different cultures. Here work district physicians, training physicians, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, biomedical analysts, medical secretaries, occupational therapist, physiotherapists, psychologists, and rehabilitation coordinator. We see teamwork and collaboration as important both within our own unit and with partners outside the health center.
Your Responsibilities
We continuously strive for improvements and place great emphasis on creating a work environment that promotes a sustainable working life. Continuity is at the heart of our work. As a specialist in general medicine, you have a clear mandate and are responsible for your own patient list. Since January this year, we have implemented läkarTele-Q, which means you yourself receive, assess, respond to, and book appointments. This way, you get full control of your workday and schedule.
Our leadership is built on trust, and your involvement and influence are very valuable to the organization. As a specialist physician, you perform routine tasks at the health center, including some on-call duty. We are also responsible for physician support at three of the municipality's special residential facilities as well as for patients in home care. In addition to physical meetings, there are digital contact channels via 1177 and Vårdkontakt Direct. We are committed to developing a good educational environment for all professional groups, where you have an important role as a mentor and guide for new colleagues. In a small town, you have good opportunities to both maintain and further develop your practical and theoretical knowledge, and you have a key role in the care chain – just as the general practice profession was intended from the beginning.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Employment Type
Permanent employment with start date by agreement. On-call duty and standby are included.
