We are now hiring an additional general practice specialist as part of our long-term commitment to reducing the number of listed patients per physician. Rinkeby Health Center is an established clinic with satisfied patients and a stable staff. We operate in a multicultural community and have approximately 8,700 listed patients, all with a designated primary care physician. The health center is centrally located in Rinkeby centrum, with T-bana taking approximately 20 minutes from T-centralen. We have 5 general practice specialists, one specialist in internal medicine and endocrinology, 3 ST physicians, one AT physician, and one licensed physician. We currently have under 1,500 listed patients per specialist and are working toward the goal of 1,100. We have nurses working with asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and elderly care clinics. We have our own foot care specialist, rehabilitation coordinator, psychologist, and psychotherapist, with a strong focus on teamwork. We offer diverse work involving acute and chronic diseases, preventive measures related to lifestyle, and patients of all ages. The work requires broad competence and independence. As a general practice specialist with us, you work both individually with your patients and in a team with all our different professional categories. We prioritize a reasonable work environment and good patient safety and work to ensure all specialists have a manageable patient list. Mentoring future colleagues is a given for you. You will mentor students, AT and ST physicians, and support other professional categories in medical assessments. We actively work with digital communication tools and parts of the work can be done remotely when the operation allows. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a trained general practice specialist with experience working in primary care. Experience with the Take Care electronic health record system is a merit. Employment Type Permanent position. Full-time 100%. Working hours Monday-Friday, daytime. A probationary period may apply. Start in December / by agreement.
