Kungsängens Health Center is a primary care facility within the Stockholm County Healthcare Region (SLSO), one of Sweden's largest healthcare providers. We are a team consisting of district physicians, ST physicians, licensed nurses, AT physicians, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, counselors, REKO and foot care nurses. We have close collaboration with Rehab with team visits as well as BVC where we provide physician services and BMM which are located in the same building. Kungsängens Health Center continues to expand, and we need to strengthen our team with an additional specialist in general medicine. Here five permanent general medicine specialists work, and we need additional reinforcement. We are working to reduce the number of listed patients per physician to create better and sustainable workload. We have 8,800 listed patients. We value good continued education and high medical quality. Job Duties: The work involves all tasks that occur for a general medicine specialist at a health center and, if needed, in home healthcare. With us, you are offered varied work within the broad field of general medicine where you get to meet and consult patients of all ages both physically and digitally. You mentor younger colleagues and support other professional categories in medical assessments. The possibility to work partially from home is offered when operations permit. Qualifications: Specialist Physician in General Medicine with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Experience as a qualified specialist and having worked in Swedish healthcare, preferably in primary care, is advantageous. Experience with the TakeCare medical records system is advantageous. Employment Type: Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. Working hours are scheduled Monday-Friday. A probationary period may be applied. Start date by agreement.
