About Us
Aleris Psychiatry is launching a new BUP service in Göteborg with the ambition of offering accessible, person-centered, and modern child and adolescent psychiatry.
The operations manager is a specialist physician in psychiatry.
We want to create a service where children, adolescents, and their families feel safe and involved throughout the care pathway. Our approach is based on collaboration, clarity, and high medical quality – with efficient care processes and close interdisciplinary teamwork.

The Role
As a child psychiatrist with us, you will work with assessments, investigations, and treatment of child and adolescent psychiatric conditions in accordance with national guidelines and regional care programs.
You will meet children, adolescents, and families in different life situations and contribute with both medical expertise and a reassuring approach. The role involves close collaboration with psychologists, nurses, and other colleagues, while you have significant scope for independent work and clinical responsibility.
You will also be an important part in building up the service and have the opportunity to influence working methods, processes, and future development.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
Is a specialist physician in child and adolescent psychiatry
Has experience in specialized psychiatric work
Has the ability to work independently and make medical decisions
Communicates well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
It's advantageous if you:
Have experience developing or starting up services
Are interested in development work and modern care processes
We also believe that you're someone who enjoys collaborating and creating safety for both patients and colleagues. You work in a structured, attentive, and professional manner and want to contribute to a service where quality and care are equally important parts of healthcare.
Terms of Employment
Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months
Scope: Full-time or part-time by agreement
