Make a difference. Every day. Would you like to work as a specialist physician in general medicine at a health center where commitment, quality, and patient-centered care are in focus? Tollarp Health Center's Degeberga branch are centers located in a rural setting, surrounded by forest and open fields, and we have approximately 8,100 registered patients. Both locations have a strong community spirit and great confidence in the health center. Here we offer care for both somatic and mental health concerns and work on developing new approaches with team-based care. We have five nursing homes connected to us as well as home care services in two areas. The physician team consists of general specialists and training physicians. We are currently staffed with three specialists in general medicine and one ST-physician. In addition, we have substitute-licensed physicians and AT-physicians. Currently, we are strengthened with locum physicians. In addition to physician consultations, we also have physiotherapy, dietitian, psychologist and occupational therapist, nurse assistants and nurse-led specialist clinics in asthma/COPD, diabetes, elderly care, child health (BVC) and health conversations. Our blood draw station is staffed with experienced nurse assistants and in daily operations, medical secretaries and administrators provide important support. We actively work on utilizing everyone's competence fully. Through this we can together provide the best care and use our resources optimally when the patient meets the right person directly. In a recently conducted survey, employees answered the question about what strengths the work group has. Some of the answers were broad expertise, skilled at helping each other, good atmosphere among colleagues, and a holistic perspective and a good general medical perspective to see the whole person. We work towards the goal of following the National Board of Health and Welfare's recommendation of 1100 registered patients/100% specialist in general medicine and therefore would like to welcome you or your team who want to work with us.
