Operations Specialist/Coordinator

That's why we're looking for a reliable colleague who will become an important part of our operations department. We are not just looking for an administrative worker. We are looking for someone who will help manage the daily flow of orders and will be the right hand of the operations manager. ________________________________________ What will your job entail? - ordering materials from suppliers, - communication with suppliers, - receiving and inspecting delivered materials, - handling claims with suppliers, - preparation and documentation of service contracts, - administrative processing of repair quotes, - sending quotes to customers, - tracking quote approvals, - recording approved repairs in the assembly and service schedule, - preparing documentation for invoicing, - managing order documentation, - daily collaboration with the operations manager, production, assembly teams, and the sales department. ________________________________________ What kind of person are we looking for? We are looking for someone who: - is very careful and systematic, - loves order and organization, - can plan their work well, - can communicate with customers and suppliers, - is independent but also a team player, - is not afraid to take responsibility, - wants to find solutions instead of making excuses, - has a positive attitude toward work and likes to learn new things.
