From: 6/30/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Coordinate and lead team activities in monitoring and managing process changes within projects - Track, document, and report process changes - Implement and verify process changes, collaborate with suppliers and customers - Create and plan configuration management according to applicable AQAP, ISO, or ČOS standards - Develop process diagrams and configuration management schemas - Ensure compatibility of solutions with applicable legislation (ČSN, ČOS, STANAG, ISO, DIN) - Participate in relevant meetings and present results of your work - Independent communication in English language - Collaborate on developing technical product specifications Requirements: - Secondary or higher education in a technical field; suitable for graduates or automotive specialists - English language proficiency minimum level B2 in speaking and writing - User-level knowledge of MS Office - Class B driver's license - Responsible approach to work, attention to detail, independence, analytical thinking - Willingness to learn new things - Knowledge of ČSN ISO 10007; Configuration Management Directive is a plus - Eligibility for security clearance We Offer: - Strong foundation of a Czech company - Employee benefits: 7.5-hour workday, one extra week of vacation, subsidized company cafeteria, pension insurance contribution, transportation allowance, benefits beyond statutory requirements (anniversaries, milestones), workplace health and safety programs, leisure activities, and more - Opportunities for professional growth and personal development
