Information Technology Sales Specialist Job Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain existing client relationships • Actively seek and acquire new business opportunities • Identify customer requirements and analyze situations • Provide consultations, propose and present suitable solutions • Prepare quotations and proposals • Present products and solution proposals to clients • Represent the company and its products at exhibitions and trade shows in the Czech Republic and abroad • Maintain overview of sales cases in CRM Requirements: • University degree or secondary education in business or technical field • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (required experience with business development activities in IT sector) • Sales and presentation skills • Persuasiveness and pleasant demeanor • Group B driver's license – active driver, willingness to travel throughout the Czech Republic and abroad • Interest in IT technology – software • Ability to work under pressure • Ability for professional argumentation • Willingness to learn, active approach to self-development • Independence, reliability • Flexibility We Value: • Active knowledge of German • Active knowledge of English We Offer: • Support of a stable Czech company • Pleasant working environment in a friendly team in the center of České Budějovice • Attractive and long-term perspective position on a full-time contract, for an indefinite period • Technical support from company software architects and technicians • Training and opportunity for professional growth • Corporate education system including language courses • Work using modern technologies • Motivating compensation system (fixed salary + performance component + sales commission), progressive commission structure • Salary ranging from probationary period, through training period, to individual level based on performance and volume of closed deals between 35,000 - 50,000 Kč and more Employee Benefits: Flexible work hours start/end, sick days, meal allowance, extracurricular activities and company events, bonus reward system For inquiries, please contact the employer by email.
