TFH, an architecture and construction company specializing in timber frame houses, is looking for a colleague who is passionate about creating quality buildings, including timber construction, together with us. We're looking for someone who can combine technical thinking, economic understanding, and attention to detail. Someone who loves timber building, order in numbers, and wants to see the results of their work on real projects. We're not a corporation—we're looking for someone who doesn't want to be just an anonymous cog in the process. We actually build projects and handle each one individually, from the initial design to the final detail on site. Your responsibilities o creating budgets and construction inquiries o technical and economic preparation of projects o communication with suppliers, designers, and the construction team o obtaining price quotes for materials and craft work o working with project documentation and bills of quantities o evaluating offers and optimizing technical and economic solutions o collaborating on optimizing structural and technical solutions What we expect from you o construction technical education (secondary/university level) o technical and economic thinking o independence, attention to detail, and responsible approach o understanding of project documentation o beneficial: experience with budgets, project preparation, or construction execution What we offer o long-term cooperation with a stable family company that has been on the market for nearly 20 years o the opportunity to participate in interesting projects in the field of timber structures o space for your own initiative and professional growth o pleasant work environment and friendly team o the possibility of home office and other benefits we'd be happy to discuss with you personally o salary according to experience in the range of 35,000 - 55,000 Kč We look forward to hearing from you and meeting in person.
