Travel Agency Sales Specialist

What will your responsibilities be? As a specialist, you will communicate directly with clients (in person at our travel agency, by phone, or email). Your responsibilities will include recommending suitable vacations, providing travel advice, preparing offers and programs, processing reservations, concluding travel package contracts, communicating with business partners, arranging travel agency services, and administrative tasks. Start date negotiable. We offer company benefits. We require: excellent practical knowledge of computer use and basic word processing and spreadsheet programs, experience with reservation systems or other programs is a plus Communicative and pleasant demeanor, excellent knowledge of Czech language, strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, systematic approach, attention to detail, quick thinking, knowledge of at least one foreign language is a plus. Experience in the tourism industry is advantageous, but we are also happy to give a chance to skilled newcomers. Working hours Monday through Friday.
