Clean criminal record
Education according to Law No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services for social workers or completed training course for social services workers
Experience working with children, ideally preschool age
Ability to work effectively in a team and actively contribute to achieving common goals
Excellent communication skills, reliability, responsibility, and empathetic approach
Focus on working with people at risk of social exclusion
Basic user-level computer skills
Willingness to learn new things
Willingness to work in clients' natural environments - socially disadvantaged areas, hostels
Time flexibility

Group B driving license

Job responsibilities:
Independent program preparation, leading and educating a group of children ages 3 to 6 years
Daily direct work with children in the early care program
Daily communication with parents and support for their parenting competencies
Direct work with children and parents in their natural environment (field, home) - support, conversations, accompaniment
Support for families in difficult life situations - assistance with communication with family, school, authorities; guidance on available help options
Implementation of leisure and developmental activities - workshops, themed programs, individual and group activities
Individual work with clients - planning services, conducting conversations, building competencies, motivation and reflection
Administration related to service provision - maintaining records of client work, statistics, participation in developing methodologies and plans
