SPECIALIST FOR COSTING, PRICING, AND BUDGETING

Position Description: - Support with budgeting - Data collection for compiling annual budgets and ongoing monitoring of budget utilization (comparing plan vs. actuals). - Price Administration (Pricing): Regular updates of price lists in the system, margin calculations and preparation of materials for the sales department. - Cost Calculation (Costing): Processing product costing calculations - determining the actual cost of production or service delivery. - Report Preparation: Creation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management, monitoring cost trends across individual cost centers. - Data Control: Ensuring correctness of cost allocation and collaboration with the accounting department. We Expect: - High school or university education with economics focus. - Advanced MS Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and SUMIFS functions are your daily bread). - Attention to detail, reliability, and comfort working with routine data tasks. - Experience with any accounting or ERP system is a significant advantage. - Excellent English for communication with international sales representatives and colleagues - Excellent Chinese for communication with the HQ finance department in China
