Job Responsibilities: • Active prospecting and acquisition of new customers and development of new business • Development of new business projects and products • Independent communication and negotiation with existing and potential customers • Identification of customer needs and opportunities for new projects • Coordination of customer requirements with other teams, including arranging sample preparation and any product modifications according to customer specifications • Support for long-term business development with European customers We Require: • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on acquiring new customers • Experience from the automotive industry or knowledge of the polypropylene (PP) market is an advantage • Commercial and customer-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues from various teams • Willingness to travel to customers • Communicative knowledge of English in spoken and written form • Driver's license category B and active driving experience We Offer: • Compensation corresponding to your experience and qualifications • Incentive program tied to sales results and new business development • Space for independent work and opportunity to directly influence business results • Performance-based monthly bonus • Monthly bonus after probation period • Annual financial bonus • Additional bonuses and rewards throughout the year • Transportation allowance up to 2,100 Kč per month – depending on distance from residence • Meal allowance 129 Kč per working day – fully covered by employer • Benefit card with 1,000 Kč monthly allowance for leisure activities and health care • Flexible working hours • 25 days of vacation • Company events and team building activities
