Organization and coordination of the process for handling imported air shipments. Supervision of loading and unloading procedures, monitoring of arrival and shipment status. Review and processing of transportation documentation (AWB, CMR, invoice, packing list, transit documents and other supporting documentation). Preparation of materials for customs declaration. Coordination of shipment pickup from the airport and communication with drivers. Work in CRM system, record keeping and cost monitoring related to shipments.
