Monaco int. s.r.o. has been operating in the Czech and Slovak markets for over 30 years. We focus on importing and selling technological equipment for gastronomy, a wide range of tableware, kitchen and banquet equipment for hotels and restaurants, complete equipment for pizzerias, confectioneries and production facilities from machinery to raw materials, including recipes and training. We also offer a wide selection of confectionery, ice cream and bakery raw materials, tools and supplies for confectioneries and production facilities. Since 2010, we have been operating our own e-shop. We are currently looking for suitable candidates for our import team to fill the following position: - Import Specialist Key Competencies: - Order processing - Supplier communication - Transportation and logistics - Complaint resolution - Goods receipt and storage - Collaboration with warehouse, accounting and other internal departments - Administration We Require: - Communicative knowledge of English and Czech - Previous experience in a similar position (procurement, logistics, import) minimum 1 year - Ability to develop long-term partnerships with suppliers - Analytical thinking - Stress resilience and ability to handle challenging situations - Attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion - Knowledge of Excel – reporting will be a daily part of your work - Independence and efficiency in organizing your own work An Advantage: - Communicative knowledge of Italian - Knowledge of accounting and warehouse software – we work in ABRA and we are happy to help you with training - Knowledge of the gastronomy industry What We Offer: - Employment contract of indefinite duration - MultiSport Card - Meal allowance - Company phone - Employee discounts on our products - Backing of a Czech-Italian family company – and with it an unlimited supply of good Italian coffee - Opportunity to taste our own products – excellent ice cream and other delicacies
