About the Position As a general practice specialist with us, you'll have a broad and stimulating role where you can use all your expertise while also having the opportunity to deepen your knowledge. We work across the full spectrum of general practice and meet patients of different ages with varying medical needs. Your work tasks include: Regular clinic work including annual visits, investigations, acute visits, and minor surgical procedures. Managing patients with a broad spectrum of medical conditions. Working in a team together with nursing assistants, nurses, REKO, and the psychosocial team. Participating in ongoing quality and development work at your unit and jointly within primary care at Tiohundra. Supervising ST and AT physicians as well as students. Participating in rounds. You have one scheduled administrative day per week and the opportunity to work one day remotely when operations allow, including rounds and video consultations. Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. It is meritorious if you also have: Experience with the TakeCare patient system. Experience with supervision. Interest or experience with child health clinics. You are responsible, structured, and self-driven with a good ability to make medical decisions and prioritize correctly. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and have a genuine interest in the breadth of general practice. You meet patients, relatives, and colleagues with empathy and professionalism.
