MultiClinic Health Center is a primary care clinic with a difference. We operate privately but are part of Region Skåne's health care choice system and have over 7,000 registered patients. In addition to our family medicine practice, we also offer a memory clinic, diabetes clinic, psychosocial team, gynecology clinic, and orthopedic clinic. JOB DUTIES Our patient population is multicultural and no two days at our clinic are the same. You'll work with both scheduled and acute doctor visits. In your role, you'll collaborate closely with our various professional categories and we offer a stimulating, pleasant, and positive workplace. Working hours are Monday to Friday, but there is an opportunity to work evenings and weekends for those interested. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who is patient-focused, collaborative, flexible with strong communication skills. The unit carries out continuous work on patient safety and operational development. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Regarding formal requirements, you must be a licensed physician authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is required. This can also mean a passing grade in Swedish 3 or a passing grade in Swedish as a Second Language 3, or a passing result in a Swedish course for non-Nordic students equivalent to 60 hp. We consider it a merit if you have work experience in primary care and/or knowledge of the PMO medical records system.
