LATHE OPERATOR / CNC LATHE OPERATOR (m/f)

What awaits you - Turning and grinding metal parts – work on grinders, conventional and CNC lathes depending on the type of project. - Complete care of the workpiece – from clamping, through machining to inspection and preparation for subsequent operations. - Reading and working with technical documentation – not routine "belt-driven" work, but diverse parts. - Modern facilities and equipment – machines that help, not hinder. - Responsibility for results – from tool setup, through production and deburring, to final measurement of the finished piece. - Regular maintenance is the foundation to keep everything running smoothly. What we expect from you - Technical education (minimum technical vocational school). Ability to read technical documentation. - Experience working on grinders, conventional and CNC lathes. - Knowledge of FANUC/Fusion 360 software programming is an advantage - You can work independently, but also function as a team member on a single project. - Most importantly: We're looking for a colleague who thinks while working, is reliable, and wants to improve in the field. We're not looking for someone who just wants to "get through it".
