Petersen Clean AB is now looking for thorough and service-oriented housekeeping staff for our team in Gothenburg (Västra Frölunda, Långedrag, Påvelund, Grimmered) Your Profile We are looking for someone who is thorough, reliable, and independent, and who has experience working in private homes. We are looking for you if you: Have a B-class driver's license – required Have experience with professional house cleaning – required Are thorough and quality-conscious Can work independently and take responsibility Have a pleasant and professional approach to our customers Can communicate in Swedish Can work flexible hours Monday–Friday, primarily between 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Experience with move-out cleaning, window cleaning, or commercial cleaning is a plus. About the Role As a cleaner at Petersen Clean AB, you will primarily work with recurring house cleaning and move-out cleaning. We work together with colleagues and transport ourselves to customers by car. Solo work may occur. With house cleaning, you often work with recurring customers and have the opportunity to build long-term relationships. With move-out cleaning, you work with more comprehensive cleaning where thoroughness and quality are especially important. You work independently at our customers' homes and need to be able to follow our routines and quality standards. The position may start with a smaller number of hours or assignments, with the possibility of getting more recurring customers and extended working hours as your schedule fills up. Your work tasks may include: House Cleaning Vacuuming and dusting Mopping and cleaning floors and surfaces Bathroom and kitchen cleaning Cleaning details and contact surfaces Making beds and changing bed linens Creating order and structure Move-Out Cleaning Thorough cleaning of all rooms in the residence Cleaning of kitchen and bathroom Cleaning of cabinets, drawers, and surfaces Window cleaning Cleaning of baseboards, doors, and other details Ensuring that cleaning meets our quality standards We Offer Base salary from 155 kr/hour 12% vacation compensation OB surcharge according to current terms Insurance Occupational pension Regular and recurring customers Varied work tasks in house cleaning and move-out cleaning Clear work instructions and routines Support from management Opportunity to expand your working hours over time Our base salary is higher than the level recommended by the collective agreement.
