I am a 22-year-old man living in Vårgårda who needs a new assistant to start immediately. Being my personal assistant means assisting me with tasks I would do myself without my functional variation, in the way I prefer. Are you the person who helps me with various daily activities such as managing my personal hygiene, exercising, going on outings, cooking good food of course, and taking care of my home? Your responsibilities are to assist me in everyday life and at social events. You are curious about me, want to get to know me, and are interested in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). I need clear structure, preparation, and daily schedules with visual support. As a candidate you should be an organized and practical person who always sees opportunities when assisting. You must have good collaboration skills and be able to assist during dual assistance situations. You must have a driver's license, be a non-smoker, and be prepared to work inconvenient hours. Experience with children/youth with special needs is a merit. You will receive training and ongoing professional development in how I want to be assisted, and the paid introduction (shadowing) is approximately 40 hours. Employment type: Fixed-term as long as the assignment lasts, hourly employment as needed Employment level: 50% Your employer will be Din Personlig assistans.
