ABOUT THE POSITION Do you want to help develop procurement work at DEKRA Sweden and create sustainable and cost-effective business solutions? Then this could be the role for you! As a tactical procurement officer, you'll play a key role in developing procurement work and creating business value in the organization. You'll work with procurement, supplier negotiations, contract management and supplier follow-up. By analyzing procurement data and providing clear decision-making support, you contribute to cost-effective and sustainable procurement solutions. The role involves many touch points and close collaboration with both internal operations and external suppliers. You'll have the opportunity to take initiative, create structure and take responsibility for procurement and its processes in a decentralized organization. This is a completely new role at DEKRA Sweden, which means you have a unique opportunity to help shape and develop our procurement work from the ground up. WHO ARE YOU? We want you to have a few years of experience in procurement and purchasing and who wants to take greater responsibility in a broad, business-oriented role. You enjoy independently driving issues forward but are also motivated by the opportunity to continue developing within the procurement field. You have a solid foundation in procurement and want to take the next step by gaining significant responsibility and developing with us. We're looking for you who have: Post-secondary education in economics, procurement, law or equivalent. Experience in procurement, purchasing and supplier negotiations. Experience in supplier follow-up and contract management. Ability to analyze procurement data and translate it into clear decision-making support. Good communication skills in Swedish and English. As a person you are: Business-minded and cost-conscious. Structured, thorough and analytical. Initiative-taking and experienced at driving work forward. Clear and confident in negotiations and advisory dialogues. Relationship-building and skilled at collaborating across company and functional boundaries. Comfortable switching between a strategic overall perspective and operational follow-up.
