Software Engineer IV: o Acts as a liaison between business and technical teams o Analyzes business requirements, proposes solutions and technical design o Designs, develops, tests and maintains mainframe applications o Collaborates with stakeholders, analyzes requirements, writes code, and ensures software quality o Continuously seeks improvements in systems o Possesses strong IT knowledge and understands the development lifecycle What we expect from you: - Resilience under stress; ability to work under time pressure, prioritize and take responsibility for deadlines - Team player; ability to work independently as well as in a team - Good communication skills, including English - Very strong analytical skills - Experience with mainframe applications - 25 days of vacation - 3 days of personal time off - Meal card, Cafeteria benefits system, Multisport card - Training in soft skills and hard skills at the company premises based on development needs and roles - Remote work option Employer consent for employee and blue card sponsorship.
