About the Position
We are now seeking a social worker for an exciting assignment at an F-9 school in Ullared. The assignment begins immediately and runs through the end of the term, with a good possibility for extension. The position is flexible between 60 and 100 percent.
The school conducts active and long-term values-based work where safety, inclusion, and equal treatment are in focus. Here you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in students' development and well-being.
Your Responsibilities
As a social worker, you will be an important part of the school's student support work. You will collaborate with school leadership, student health services, and teaching staff to create the best conditions for students' learning and social development.
The assignment covers the entire F-9 operation, with the greatest focus on upper secondary. A central part of the work involves relationship-building initiatives, collaboration, and support in the school's values-based work. You will also work with the school's central values educator in ongoing efforts against racism and toward an inclusive school environment.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker and have experience working with children and young people. You have a good understanding of social welfare issues and thrive in a collaborative role where you build trusting relationships with both students, guardians, and colleagues.
As a person, you are confident, attentive, and solution-oriented. You have a strong commitment to equal treatment, inclusion, and values-based issues.
We also view positively candidates with a background in behavioral science or other relevant experience in the field.
