Position Description
Laholms Municipality is seeking a development-oriented social secretary with extensive experience and a strong passion for the field of intimate partner violence.
The position is located within the Individual and Family Department, where we work together to provide accessible and service-oriented social services with a strong focus on early intervention and trust in people's own resources. We offer a workplace with a positive climate and strong commitment.

Responsibilities
Your work involves providing psychosocial support alongside investigation and intervention responsibilities to individuals based on applicable legislation, established procedures, guidelines, and action plans, drawing on your specialist expertise regarding this target group.
Together with colleagues and management, you share overall responsibility for development issues, training, and collaboration between internal and external partners and community stakeholders. The position also includes serving as Laholms Municipality's representative in local and regional networks, and you are expected to play an active role in national development within this field.
Qualifications
We seek someone with a degree in social work or another education and experience the employer deems relevant. You must have experience working with intimate partner violence, and it is advantageous if you have experience using assessment methods such as FREDA, SARA, and Patriark.
You are positive, flexible, engaged, and have strong planning and organizational skills. You are experienced in collaboration both internally and externally.
We expect you to be an empathetic and confident person with emotional maturity.
You enjoy continuing education and are open to new challenges and learning. A B-category driver's license is required.
Great importance is placed on personality fit.
