JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now looking for a dedicated social worker to the Reception Office as one of our colleagues is going on parental leave. The Reception Office is a central part of social services and often constitutes the first contact with the administration. Here you will have an important role in meeting citizens, making professional assessments and contributing to support measures being put in place at the right time. The assignment includes handling incoming cases, conducting preliminary assessments and providing advice, support and service to citizens, collaboration partners and other actors. We would like you to have experience with public authority practice and assessment work in both child and adult areas. We work with a clear focus on early intervention and preventive work. You will have close collaboration with open care and other departments within the administration to together create the best conditions for the people we meet. We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker and who enjoy a role where you can combine independent work with close collaboration. You are confident in your assessments, have good interpersonal skills and see the value of building relationships both internally and externally. The Reception Office consists of ten social workers, six field workers including a coordinator, two team leaders and a unit manager. Here you will meet dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues with broad experience and a strong desire to develop the operation together. We work from a systemic approach and value collaboration, participation and learning.
