Description of the Service As a social secretary, you will be part of a work team with experienced social secretaries and foster care secretaries. We are a small workplace with close collaboration and we value both the people we meet and each other as colleagues. We strive for a reasonable workload where there is room for reflection and deliberation in our daily work with children, young people, and their families. Your Assignment As a social secretary, you work with public authority functions within children and youth services. You investigate, make decisions, and follow up on interventions for children and young people 0–20 years old according to SoL and LVU and other relevant legislation. The work involves close contact and collaboration with children, young people, and their families as well as with other professionals and activities. You also actively contribute to the service's development work. Your Competence and Experience Requirements Sociology degree (socionomexamen) Good knowledge of applicable legislation in the field of children and youth Good skills in Swedish, spoken and written Class B driver's license, as work-related travel occurs Meritorious Previous experience with investigation work within children and youth services Is This You? You are proactive and take responsibility for driving your work forward and contributing to the development of the service. You collaborate well with colleagues and other professionals and contribute to constructive and professional collaboration with the child's best interests in focus.
