The entire individual and family care function is gathered together, with both authority functions and service operations. We have relatively few cases per caseworker, which gives us better conditions to work qualitatively, follow up interventions, and meet children and families. JOB DUTIES As a social worker, you primarily work with children, young people, and their families. You conduct preliminary assessments, investigate needs, make decisions according to delegation, and grant and follow up interventions according to the Social Services Act and the Care of Young Persons Act. To some extent, this may also include handling matters concerning adults according to the Social Services Act and the Compulsory Mental Care Act. You are responsible for documentation according to current legislation and work in close cooperation with colleagues within individual and family care and with other operations and actors. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or other relevant education that meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements. You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing and have a category B driving license. It is meritorious if you have experience with authority functions in child and youth services as well as knowledge of current legislation and case handling processes. As a person, you are confident, responsible, and professional. You can create structure in your work and make decisions based on available information. You collaborate well with others, can incorporate different perspectives, and are happy to contribute your own knowledge and ideas.
