Do you want to make a difference for young girls and contribute to their journey toward a secure future? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced social pedagogue or treatment pedagogue for our HVB home. About Us: Our HVB home is aimed at girls aged 14–19 years who are at risk of substance abuse, crime, or other destructive behaviors. Many of the girls struggle with managing impulses and emotions, face challenges in relationships with their parents, and experience difficulties at school. The purpose of our work is to create conditions for the girls to develop into secure adults. We work with relationship building, individualized treatment, and trauma processing, while encouraging positive leisure time, good school performance, and healthy relationships. Our approach is characterized by strong adult presence, structure, and community. We work closely with social services, BUP, schools, and other care institutions, and we work according to BBIC.
