Social Worker / Service Director of Protected Housing in Bruntál
Job Characteristics:
• Development of social work concept in social service facilities.
• Independent preparation of individual sociotherapeutic plans.
• Leadership of a team of social service workers
Requirements:
• Higher education obtained through study in a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree program in social work, social policy, social pedagogy, social care, social pathology, law, or social pedagogy accredited according to special legal regulations.
• Upper secondary professional education obtained by completing an educational program accredited according to special legal regulations in fields of education focused on social work and social pedagogy, social pedagogy, social and humanitarian work, social work, socio-legal activities, charitable and social activities.
• Knowledge of social agenda, applicable regulations in the area of social services, quality standards of social services, and socio-legal counseling.
• Active approach and willingness to cooperate.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Independence, responsibility, reliability, flexibility, and willingness to continue learning.
• Knowledge of PC work (MS Office 365 WORD, EXCEL, Cygnus).
• Driver's license – category B, active driver.

• Working hours: 40 h/week, evenly distributed working hours (from 7:00 to 15:30) or option of flexible working hours.
• Salary classification in the 10th salary grade according to length of credited experience in accordance with regulations on salary conditions for employees in public services and administration (31 230 – 45 340 Kč), management allowance of 4 000 Kč, personal allowance in accordance with § 131 of the Labor Code No. 262/2006 Coll. as amended after the expiration of the probationary period.
