Míru 51, 276 01 Mělník, or deliver it in person to the municipal office reception, or - Submit the application with required documents electronically via the secure data box (ID: hqjb2kg) or email through the e-submission portal [email protected], provided the message is signed with a recognized electronic signature Job Responsibilities - Ensuring child social and legal protection including the exercise of public guardianship and guardianship of children - Assessing the situation of the child and family to determine whether the child is at risk, and using social work tools to coordinate solutions for at-risk children - Providing assistance to children exposed to physical or mental violence and children who have been victims of crime, providing crisis intervention, and coordinating protective measures for abused, exploited, and neglected children in collaboration with relevant entities - Ensuring cooperation and information sharing among intervention centers, social service providers, healthcare providers, child protection authorities, municipal and regional offices
