For the Low-Threshold Club Horizont, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of social worker/associate.
Do you enjoy working with children and young people, are you creative, communicative, and reliable? Then we're looking for you.
What awaits you with us:
- You will create leisure time and preventive programs for children and youth ages 6 to 19 who attend the Low-Threshold Club Horizont.
- You will work with children to create individual plans and provide support when they need help navigating challenges.
- You will participate in creating internal service rules, maintain documentation.
What you should be able to do:
- You must have professional education according to the Social Services Act No. 108/2006 Sb. (minimum higher vocational education with a social focus) and be familiar with social service quality standards.
- You can work with computers (Word, Excel, internet) as needed for administrative tasks.
- You can work in a team and independently, you are active, empathetic, and able to communicate in any situation. A clean criminal record is essential.
- As a non-profit religious organization, it is important for us to have respect for all people, regardless of their current life circumstances.
- Active driving skills are appreciated.
