Candidate must meet the eligibility requirements pursuant to Section 110 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended. Vaccination against viral hepatitis B pursuant to Regulation No. 537/2006 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases. Desirable Group B driver's license - active driver. Desirable previous experience in social services working with families with children at risk of adverse development. Provision of social rehabilitation service activities for parents with children at risk of adverse development. Conducting social assessments of persons in difficult social situations (parents with children or other persons responsible for upbringing), analysis of such situations, and provision of follow-up social counseling for their resolution. Conclusion of social service provision agreements, individual planning of the course of provided social services, and their evaluation. Support in creating, deepening, and establishing basic hygiene and work habits in household and child care. Strengthening parental competencies in training skills and abilities for performing everyday activities necessary for independent living. Monitoring family needs and maintaining individual records of the course of social services. Addressing family matters related to financial literacy, facilitating contact with authorities and institutions, and the community. Maintaining family file documentation in the eQuip program.
