Kroměříž Workplace - Social service for persons at risk of drug addiction is hiring an employee for field service on a permanent employment contract in the position of Social Worker - Requirements: Secondary specialized education (VOŠ) or university degree (VŠ) according to Law No. 108/2006 Coll., § 110 - We expect: clarified relationship to drugs; knowledge of Law No. 108/2006 Coll. and legislation related to the provision of social services; ability to work in a team, decisiveness, independence, initiative, responsibility, reliability, loyalty; knowledge of PC work (MS Office); criminal record clearance; Group B driver's license (active driver), willingness to work in afternoon and early evening hours (Mon+Tue 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM, Wed+Thu 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM and remaining working time during outpatient service hours by arrangement) - Advantages: basic orientation in the field of social services; orientation in drug-related issues; experience in the position of social worker - We offer: start date November 1, 2026 (or by arrangement), fixed-term contract with possibility of extension, full-time position 1.0 (divided between field and outpatient service), interesting and non-stereotypical work with people; work in a small team, training by a professional; work in a certified facility with more than twenty-five years of tradition; opportunity for personal and professional growth; 25 days of vacation, meal allowance, weekends and holidays off; training paid by employer, internships and excursions in similar services, team supervision. - Submit a structured CV and cover letter of at least half an A4 page by September 30, 2026 electronically to: [email protected].
