Start date: By agreement Charita České Budějovice is a non-governmental non-profit church organization providing health and social services in the city of České Budějovice and surrounding municipalities. Job Description: - Direct street-level social work with homeless individuals and those in crisis - locating and contacting homeless persons, social counseling, accompaniment to government offices, etc., office work Required Skills: - Minimum education level: higher professional or university degree - in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll., Act on Social Services (students may be accepted before their state exams) - Knowledge of SQSS and individual planning - Familiarity with the social sector - PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.) - Ability to navigate administrative procedures - Class B driving license preferred - Clean criminal record - Ability to work in a team - High work commitment - Reliability, responsibility, flexibility - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and make quick decisions We Offer: - Meaningful full-time work (40 hours/week) - Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension - Flexible working hours - 5 weeks vacation - 2 sick days - Starting salary 32,300 Kč, personal evaluation after probation period, possibility of additional bonuses - Opportunities for further education and support for personal development - Support from a stable organization, work in a young team Work Location: České Budějovice If you are interested in this offer and meet the requirements, please send a structured CV to the Human Resources Department at: [email protected].
