We are a field team caring for young citizens (18-26 years old) from Ukraine who came to the Czech Republic due to the war in Ukraine. We use a partnership and non-judgmental approach to clients with a focus on their bio-psycho-social aspects. The goal of cooperation between the service and the client is integration into the Czech socio-cultural environment and independence. A secondary goal is maintaining a dignified standard of living in case they do not stay long-term in the Czech Republic. We require: a clean criminal record according to the Social Services Act 108/2006 Coll. §79, subsection 2; education in social work (university or specialized secondary school in the field) or a course for social services workers; partnership approach to clients; good knowledge of PC work; Ukrainian, Russian, and Czech language skills - for communication with clients, colleagues, at offices, doctors, etc.; work with young citizens (18-26 years old) from Ukraine who came to the Czech Republic due to the war in Ukraine. Start date: May 2026 Employee benefits: Employment contract, 0.7 FTE 25-26 h/week, bonuses and personal remuneration (after probation period).
