Outreach Programs Květina Job Position Description: - implementation of direct work with clients (individuals, families with children) in the field - conducting interviews with service/project applicants - individual planning with clients for services/projects - maintaining documentation - communication with experts and cooperating entities regarding referrals to other services - consulting and advisory activities Job Position Requirements Specification - we are looking for social workers (further specified according to services at https://www.oskvetina.cz/aktuality/vyberove-rizeni/): Graduates of higher professional or university education, according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services as amended, for Květina social services, z. s., specifically for low-threshold day centers and outreach programs, who have: - administrative skills (PC, MS Office, internet), - are able to process prejudices and have the ability to work with issues of social exclusion and homelessness, - have good organizational skills, are able to work independently, but are also team players, - have an active approach and enthusiasm for work - have good communication skills and empathy, - have a healthy level of tolerance, responsibility and respect towards themselves and clients, principled attitude and reliability, - have the ability to cope with stress and are in good physical and mental health, - have appropriate self-presentation and negotiation skills - experience with work in prevention social services, including individual planning is an advantage Contract Size: from 0.5 full-time for a fixed period with a four-month probationary period for both parties; if both parties are satisfied, extension of employment contract Work Location: see above, field work in Teplice and Teplice District If you would like to become part of our team, please send us a structured CV and a cover letter of 0.5 - 1 page in A4 format.
