C04 z:13/7/2026 Job Responsibilities - Independent management of a small social services team - Personal consultations with clients in debt counseling - Personal consultations with clients in labor law, family, and property law matters - Maintenance of client personal documentation. Requirements: - Professional qualification for the practice of social work according to Act 108/2006 Coll. - Practical experience in specialized social counseling - Knowledge of debt-related issues - Submission of criminal record extract - Group B driver's license - active driver - Ability to coordinate and methodically manage a specialized social counseling work team - Responsibility and reliability - Positive attitude - Ability for self-reflection on own work - Willingness to further develop and educate oneself - Communication skills - User proficiency with PC.
