We are a small, well-coordinated team. Our goal is to help resolve life situations that our clients bring to the Center for Support of Integration of Foreigners in Mladá Boleslav, and to assist in the process of integration into the majority society. We are looking for a team member whose main work will involve direct contact with clients. The center has a very friendly atmosphere, so we would like to welcome an active, reliable and responsible person with a sense of teamwork. We will familiarize you with the professional issues. What will your work involve? - social counseling for clients - foreigners legally residing in the Czech Republic - monitoring the needs and situation of foreigners in the region - organization and provision of various courses (educational seminars, Czech language lessons), activities and events for clients - field work within the region What knowledge and skills should you have? - demonstrable competence to perform the profession of social worker according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll. - a requirement - multicultural tolerance, communicative personality, attention to detail, empathy - driving license category B - active driving - communicative knowledge of English, Ukrainian or Russian - an advantage, not a requirement - willingness to learn What can we offer you? work on fixed-term employment stable background placement in salary grade 10 according to 341/2017 Coll. + personal bonus professional development, language bonus 200 hours (25 days) vacation + 5 days of sick leave fund for cultural and social needs meal allowance mobile phone with tariff for private use + discounted tariffs for family members working hours Mon-Wed 7:30-18:00 and Tue, Thu 7:30-15:00, Fri 7:30-14:00 Start date by arrangement.
