SOCIAL ACTIVATION SERVICES FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
and
MENTAL HEALTH TEAM FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH
Job Duties:
- Direct work with clients (families with children)
- Conducting intake interviews with service applicants
- Individual service planning with clients
- Record-keeping and documentation
- Communication with specialists and partner organizations
- Coordination of additional services
- Consultation and advisory activities

Graduates of higher vocational or university education, in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services as amended, for social services at Květina, z. s., specifically for the Social Activation Service for Families, who have:
- Administrative skills (PC, MS Office, internet),
- Ability to address prejudices and work with social exclusion issues and/or persons experiencing housing insecurity,
- Good organizational skills, ability to work independently as well as a team player,
- Active approach and enthusiasm for work,
- Good communication skills and empathy,
- Healthy tolerance, responsibility and respect toward oneself and clients, principled approach and reliability,
- Ability to withstand stress and good physical and mental health,
- Appropriate self-presentation,
- Negotiation skills,
- Experience in preventative social services work is an advantage.
Position Type: 0.5 to 1.0 FTE for a fixed-term contract with a four-month probationary period for both parties; subject to mutual satisfaction, employment may be extended.
Work Location: Offices in Teplice and Dubí; primarily fieldwork within the Teplice and Bílina administrative districts.
