We are looking for a social worker to join our care service team. Experience in social services for seniors is an advantage; a Group B driver's license and active driving skills are required. Job responsibilities: Social work with applicants and clients of the care service, social assessments and contract execution, creation and evaluation of individual plans with clients, support for families providing care. Provision of basic social counseling in accordance with social services law, use of a service vehicle for client visits and other activities related to providing care services. Requirements: Education in accordance with social services law, reliability, empathy, willingness to help, ability to work as a team.
